I am not
sure how enough shelving to house thirty five
jars of spices and herbs is not enough, but
it isn’t, so this morning’s project was to
build more shelves, hence no cooking, Oh I did bust out a feijoa cake. Luckily
I have found this recipes that I typed up but did not post so here you are.

Concasse
§
1.5 kg tomato with all the eaten bits chopped
out
§
20 sage leaves
§
2 desert spoons of cider vinegar
§
½ desert spoon sugar
§
Salt & pepper
Cook it all
up until it is yummy and put in a jar in the fridge for when you need it.
